  No more public WT & Awake?

  have you guys noticed, this year 2023 no more public edition magazines...i wonder how they are gonna spin that fact.

  Does Jehovah have a visible organization?

  why do jehovah’s witnesses say they are god’s organization so matter of factly as though such an audacious claim is an undisputable fact?

  here is how one person sees this claim.. "the entire jehovah’s witness religion is founded on unsubstantiated hubristic claims which are continually repeated until they are assumed by adherents to be a proven fact.. never is this more evident than when the beliefs of a jehovah’s witness are successfully challenged.

  the more compelling the evidence against them, the more they resort to repeating their convictions with a sense of insistence, as if they are chanting a mantra.. confirmation bias is prevalent in all religious ideologies, but particularly with jehovah’s witnesses.

  ''JWs have a disproportionate number of low income members. As you pointed out, it is because of their distaste for higher education (and education in general). The real problem is that they STILL think that they are smarter than everyone else.''

  I was watching 'Six Screens' a few weeks back. The host related how all these JW'S are now reaping what they sew and all these things are coming home to 'roost'. All these things are surfacing when it comes to more and more JW's who face poverty and what not and having to live with sons, daughters nieces and nephews due to high cost of living and poor wages.

  ''Oh What ??? no more magazine day??? ''

  It seems, evidently, apparently the Borg wants to distance itself from 'hardcopies' paper copies which can expose the Borg when its' claims fall flat on their face.

  The Borg can ,clearly, direct people to their website when the Borg maybe update things or sanitize what they say to distance themselves from foolhardy ideologies, perhaps.

  This is clearly not the same organization which I was baptized in around 1990.

  Completely unrecognizable, hierarchy, hypocritical, and just outright weird.

  Just astounding and baffling how they always knock education and universities and such and here they go out and rely on the educated for which they condemn their members from going to.

  No more public WT and Awake, hey.

  I always prided myself back in the WTs heyday when the new copies came out. I always took pride and commented, boasted at the how amazing the 'print' was. And the artwork.

  Clearly, the Borg is transitioning itself from a 'printing company' to a ' real estate empire'.

  the have a syndicate (governing body) regional bosses (district overseers), captians (circuit overseers), and elders are their "made men" that enforce policy at street level.

  if you run your mouth too much, they wipe out your whole family (disfellowshipping).

  Exercise Patience Regional Convention

  the theme of the in person convention this year is "exercise patience".

  looking at the convention map, they are really using their assembly halls and they are using smaller civic centers or city arena.

  no more huge stadiums.. are they not expecting a great crowd?

  'Rattigan, yes keeping expenses low, using properties they already own, then charging their members for the rental. They have been doing that for some time in some limited way. The WTS is trying to "save" money and pass it on to their members. I wonder how long before the WTS assesses individual required donations (euphemism for tithing) for jws, not a congregational one. Of course, just a "suggestion," but if I understand correctly, the WTS now has access to congregation banking accounts.'

  You wonder how long it will be before the Borg mandates 'tithing'.

  The sheeple will probably wake-up and quit going.

  i do wonder about the universe as we know it .

  it does boggle my mind ,and how such a variety of life does exist on this planet ,from the microscopic to the most advanced life forms.. in such an abundance .?.

  and then looking out there in the universe the multitudes of stars like our sun and planets exist that we have no knowledge of boggles my mind .. so ,maybe i am spiritual in some sense..

  That's what the Borg has done. It's taken away the focus from the life we have now,,,,taken the focus to 'them' on something which 'may' in the future happen where there is absolutely zero proof of,,,take the sheeples time and money. It's a perfect business.

  It's a perfect business model. Take your time, tax free money and fictional kingdom's in heaven. No taxes, no returns, and a promise of something which 'may' happen in the future. Taking advantage of your time now,,,,,something which you do have.
